-~ R I G I N A L 9/23/96 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12908 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT WITH NATIONAL TRAINING ASSOCIATES <br /> FOR THE FACILITATION OF THE REDWOOD CITY 2000 <br /> HEALTHY COMMUNITY PLANNING PROCESS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Contract for Professional or Technical <br />Services" (dated June 04, 1996), by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, and National Training <br />Associates, a copy of which agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof is hereby <br />authorized, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Reso-062 <br /> DES:djk <br /> 08/14/96 <br /> <br /> <br />
