DES:dj~ 08/13/96 (035/42) <br /> ~ R I G I N A L -- 9/23/96 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I 0 N N O. 12906 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR MUNICIPAL <br /> SERVICES CENTER AND ROADWAY SLURRY SEAL PROJECT; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Municipal Services <br />Center ("MSC") and roadway slurry seal project in the City of <br />Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed <br />by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents <br />for MSC and Roadway Slurry Seal Project - City of Redwood City, <br />California", prepared by the Department of Community Development, <br />Engineering Division for the Public Works Services Department, a <br />copy of which documents are on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
