DES:d4k 08/13/96 (036/42) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 9/23/96 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12900 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR ASPHALT <br /> SPOT RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br /> DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the asphalt spot recon- <br />struction project in the City of Redwood City, California, have <br />been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents <br />for Asphalt Spot Reconstruction Project - City of Redwood City, <br />California", prepared by the Department of Community Development, <br />Engineering Division for the Public Works Services Department, a <br />copy of which documents are on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
