~ 0 R I G I N A L 9/16/96 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12898 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br /> (3476-3480 Rolison Road) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The owners of the property located at 3476-3480 Rolison <br /> Road, Redwood City, California, (the "Property") have offered to sell the Property <br /> to the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City intends to acquire the Property. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain agreement entitled, "Purchase and Sale Agreement For <br />Acquisition Of Real Property (Escrow Instruction)", (form dated 08/15/96) by and <br />between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California and Ruben D. Ramos and Erlinda C. Ramos, a copy of which <br />Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said Agreement or an agreement in substantial <br />compliance with the terms and conditiOns of the Agreement, subject to counsel <br />approval, for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-35 <br />G:/shared/Redwood/Council <br />08/15-96 <br />FXS:fs <br /> <br /> <br />
