DES:d 09/09/96 (043/42) <br /> -- ORIGINAL ~ <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12889 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES FOR SOILS <br /> INVESTIGATION <br /> <br /> (SUBSURFACE CONSULTANTS, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires soils <br />investigation in the vicinity of E1 Camino Real in the City of <br />Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City of Redwood <br />City requires professional consulting services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Subsurface Consultants, Inc. of Lafayette, <br />California represents that it is qualified on the basis of <br />experience and expertise to perform the aforesaid services <br /> <br />required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Professional <br /> Consulting Services - Soils Investigation - E1 Camino Real Area" <br /> (form dated 09/09/96), by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California and Subsurface <br /> Consultants, Inc., for the performance of the above-mentioned <br /> services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br /> the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br /> full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager <br /> and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and <br /> to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf <br /> of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
