DES :d~k 07/12/96 (018/42) <br /> <br /> -- 0 R I G I N A L ~/16/96 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12888 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATING <br /> TO THE PETROLEUM VIOLATION ESCROW ACCOUNT TRAFFIC <br /> SIGNAL INTERCONNECTION PROJECT <br /> <br /> (MEYER, MOHADDES ASSOCIATES, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to interconnect <br />and coordinate 23 existing traffic signal systems on E1 Camino <br />Real from Redwood City to Belmont (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br />professional consulting engineering services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Meyer, Mohaddes Associates, Inc. of San Mateo, <br />California represents that it is qualified on the basis of <br />experience and expertise to perform the aforesaid services <br /> <br />required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement Consulting <br />Engineering Services - Petroleum Violation Escrow Account Traffic <br />Signal Interconnection Project" (form dated 07/12/96), by and <br />between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the <br />State of California and Meyer, Mohaddes Associates, Inc. of San <br />Mateo, California, for the performance of the above-mentioned <br />services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager <br /> <br /> <br />
