Those certain plans entitled "Lido Neighborhood Unit <br />No. 2 Subdivision Improvements", and those certain specifications <br />entitled, "Supplemental Specifications for Civil/Landscape/ <br />Irrigation Improvements", as well as the City's specifications <br />entitled, "Engineering Standards - City of Redwood City", adopted <br />December 16, 1991, which plans and specifications are on file in <br />the office of the City Engineer are hereby approved and adopted <br />as the plans and specifications according to which the <br />abovementioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> 3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> Redwood City and Owner, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of <br /> Lido Neighborhood Unit No. 2", (form dated 08/07/96), a copy of <br /> which Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br /> are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest <br /> thereto, respectively, said Agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> City of Redwood City. <br /> 4. The assignment of Owner's rights, interests, duties and <br /> obligation under this Agreement to M.J. Brock & Sons, Inc., dba <br /> Ryland Homes Bay Area Division ("Ryland") is hereby approved <br /> subject to Ryland's execution of the Agreement for Improvement of <br /> Lido Neighborhood Unit No. 2. <br /> 5. All offers of dedication of easements and streets shown <br /> upon the herein described map are hereby accepted. <br /> <br /> <br />
