Budget <br />Consultant shall provide all services on a time and materials not to exceed fee <br />basis. Consultant shall charge the standard hourly rates for services listed in the <br />rate schedule below. The Fee Schedule below is a not -to -exceed estimate Per <br />task. Total compensation for services shall not exceed One Hundred Thirty -Two <br />Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Dollars ($132,860)... <br />Budget Assumptions <br />This budget is based on the following assumptions: <br />• Documents and GIS Data. City staff will provide relevant planning and zoning <br />materials and ordinances, any uncodified ordinances related to the single family <br />neighborhoods, and any pertinent reports, as well as GIS files of parcel data and <br />zoning, land use, and other pertinent maps. <br />• Meeting Attendance. The project budget includes attendance meetings identified in <br />the Scope of Work. <br />• Consolidated Comments and Direction. City staff will provide a single set of <br />nonconflicting, consolidated comments on the review drafts of all documents. <br />• Reimbursable Expenses. The budget includes direct costs related to the project, <br />including travel expenses, mailing costs, printing costs, and other similar <br />reimbursable expenses. <br />• Additional Services. Additional services beyond those identified in the Scope of <br />Work will be provided at the market billing rates of the firm at the time the additional <br />services are requested. <br />• Staff Allocation.
