Resolution of the City Council authorizing an additional $1,221,756 in Fiscal <br />Year 2018-19 Park Impact Fees for the Magical Bridge Playground Project <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution (1) authorizing the City Manager to increase the contract <br />amount for the Magical Bridge Playground Project, if necessary, up to 22% of <br />the amount awarded to assume design/build responsibilities for Barbara <br />Butler's signature Magical Bridge Playhouse, Ava's Bridge, benches and retreat <br />huts; and perform additional unforeseen excavation, subgrade preparation, and <br />utility improvements for a total contract amount up to $6,775,192 and (2) <br />approving an appropriation amendment to Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Park Impact <br />Fees Fund by $1,221,756 towards this project. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 2.
