6.E. - Page 4 of 12 <br />AMENDMENT NO. 'I TO GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />Browning-Ferris Industries of California, Inc. <br />Attachment A <br />This Amendment No. 1 is entered into and effective as of the day of <br />, 2019, amending the agreement dated November 16, 2018 <br />(the "Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and <br />municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and Browning-Ferris Industries <br />of California, Inc., a California corporation, ("Contractor") (collectively, the "Parties") for <br />disposal site service for soils and mixed material construction debris. <br />RECITALS <br />A. On November 16, 2018 the Parties executed a General Services <br />Agreement; and <br />B. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to a supplemental fee schedule, <br />which is attached to and incorporated in by reference as Exhibit "A," Fee Schedule. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br />1. Contractor will continue to provide those services described in the <br />Agreement. <br />2. City will pay Contractor for all work associated with those services <br />described in the Agreement on a per unit basis not -to -exceed One Hundred Twenty <br />Thousand Dollars ($124,060), for an aggregate amount of Two Hundred Forty <br />Thousand Dollars ($240,000). Consultant will provide City, on a monthly basis, copies of <br />invoices sufficiently detailed to include price per ton, total tons, and total price <br />information for approval by City. <br />3. Consultant will complete all work described in the Agreement by <br />November 16, 2019. <br />4. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br />time to time, will remain in full force and effect. <br />5. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Contractor <br />pursuant to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, will include <br />coverage for this Amendment. <br />6.
