6.L.- Page 5of9 <br />WHEREAS, the environments in which infants, toddlers and preschoolers are <br />cared for and in which they learn and develop can have a significant impact on their <br />development. AB 452 will help ensure more young children and their families can access <br />safe, high quality settings.
