6.M. - Page 4 of 6 <br />• Section 15304 Class 4 "Minor Alterations to Land" for the construction of new <br />pathways, bicycle paths, changes to existing landscaping, grading, and cut and fill of soils. <br />• Section 15311 Class 11 "Accessory Structures" for the construction of appurtenant <br />structures (e.g. playground equipment, volleyball court, seating areas) in a publicly owned <br />park. <br />Furthermore, this project has been designed to comply with the City's Engineering Standards and <br />accepted landscape architectural practices. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Public Notification was achieved by posting the agenda, with the agenda items being listed, at least 72 <br />hours prior to the meeting. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />The City Council may choose not to provide additional funding to the project, and direct staff to complete <br />construction within the allocated funding.
