Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement with S.S.A. <br />Landscape Architects, Inc. Amendment No. 1 to Purchase Agreement with Graniterock Company for <br />aggregate asphalt materials (304) MO 19-078 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />1 to the Purchase Agreement with Graniterock Company to increase the <br />agreement amount by $125,000, for a total agreement amount of $250,000, <br />including City Manager authority to extend the agreement for three additional <br />consecutive one-year terms for a total not -to -exceed contract amount of <br />$1,077,531. <br />Page 2 of 9 <br />306 <br />
