The motion passes 4-0 <br />by electronic vote with Councilmember Aguirre recused and Councilmembers <br />Borgens and Hale absent. <br />9.13. Amendment of Chapter 12 of the Redwood City Code to adopt a Social Host <br />Ordinance for the Illegal Use of Fireworks. (301) MO 19-092 <br />Fire Chief Stan Maupin made a presentation. <br />Recommendation: <br />Waive First Reading and Introduce an Ordinance of the City of Redwood City <br />Amending Chapter 12 of the Redwood City Code Regarding Fire Prevention to <br />Add an Article III Regarding Fireworks. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Motion/second to Howard/Reddy waive first reading and introduce an <br />Ordinance of the City of Redwood City amending Chapter 12 of the Redwood <br />City Code regarding Fire Prevention to add an Article III regarding Fireworks. <br />The motion passes 5-0 by electronic vote with Councilmembers Borgens and <br />Hale absent. <br />9.C. Progress report on the development of a Green Infrastructure Plan intended <br />to reduce pollution in stormwater flowing to San Francisco Bay, and <br />opportunity to provide direction on potential strategies to be included in the <br />Plan. (205) <br />Senior Civil Engineer James O'Connell and Matt Fabry of City/County <br />Association of Governments (C/CAG) made a presentation. <br />Recommendation: <br />Receive a progress report on the development of a Green Infrastructure Plan <br />and provide input on staff's recommendations and analysis regarding the <br />following policies: <br />Page 8of9 <br />312 <br />
