8.A. - Page 25 of 48 <br />April 7, 2019 <br />Dear Redwood City Council, <br />Thank you for reconsidering the previous district map that was being so highly contested and giving this <br />process another chance of creating a fairer district map that would represent each ethnic group without <br />diluting smaller groups and thereby leaving them voiceless. <br />After much analysis amongst the different maps, I concluded that map 21e is the better map due to the <br />fact that it has the smallest deviation from Ideal without giving it the appearance of gerrymandering to <br />favor a certain group and it complies with the Federal Election laws. <br />Chris Bush <br />350 <br />
