10.A. - Page 12 of 21 <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The proposed FY 2019-20 project request of $27.8M balances proposed project funding requests with <br />anticipated revenue and staff capacity. This amount will be requested for approval with the FY 2019-20 <br />budget.
