6.A. - Page 42 of 6$f, <br />Aareement for rueFoint Services Exhibit D — Water Budget Methodology <br />Water Budget Application Requirements: <br />1. Authorized users of the application shall be able to create, edit, and delete the following Water <br />Budgets components: <br />a. Constant — is a fixed or default value used in functions and formulas. <br />b. Customer Variable — is specific to the customer. When a customer moves out the next <br />customer at the site does not inherit customer variables and default values will be used <br />unless updated by the City upon the customer's request. <br />c. Site Variable — is specific to the subsite. When a customer moves out the site variables <br />shall be inherited by the account that is moving into the same subsite. <br />d. Source Variable — is a variable that must be obtained through an integration with <br />another application. (Eio and Precip are the only source variables currently required to <br />complete budget calculations.) <br />e. Function — is comprised of a string of constants, variables, operators and possible other <br />functions that are required to complete perquisite calculations for subsequent functions <br />or formulas. <br />f. operators — are needed to create functions and formulas from constants, variables, and <br />other functions. Operators shall include, but not be limited to: <br />i. () <br />ii. + <br />iii. — <br />IV. x <br />V. - <br />Vi. Min <br />vii. Max <br />viii. Average <br />ix. IsNull <br />x. IsNotNull <br />g. Formula — is comprised of a string of constants, variables, operators and functions that <br />provides an output in the form of a Water Budget for a subsite. Budgets output shall be <br />in billable units or hundred cubic feet {hcfy. <br />2. The City shall have access to create and edit unique water budget formulas for each water use <br />type. Initially budget formulas shall be created for all Residential and Irrigation water use types <br />(S, 12, 3, 13). Other use types may have budget formulas created in the future as needed by the <br />City. <br />3. Authorized users shall have the ability to create multiple formulas which can be assigned to one <br />or more water use type/segment: <br />a. One budget formula will be assigned as the primary budget for the purposes of billing <br />and displaying budget in the My Water Customer Portal. <br />b. One budget formula will be assigned as the secondary budget for the purposes of <br />imposing drought restrictions or additional information to the customer. Secondary <br />budgets will not be used for billing, but may be used in the My Water Customer Portal <br />or be printed on the bill, <br />c.
