Use Case: Accounting would like to see a breakdown of charges associated with <br />January's Bill Batches. <br />2.4 Customer Charges <br />This report will display billing details for a specific Bill Batch. This differs from the Billing <br />Register report in that it displays the details by Customer as opposed to Customer Account. <br />A. Report Parameters <br />• Batch # - This is the Unique ID for the Batch you wish to report on <br />• Include Zero Total — If set to "True", the report will include all Totals, even if the Total is <br />zero. <br />■ Include Voided — If set to "True", the report will include charges that were voided. <br />■ Breakout Tiered Charges — If set to "True", tiered charges will be split out by each tier <br />instead of totaled. <br />• Show By —determines sort order <br />• Show Summary — If set to "True", a Summary of Charges will be displayed at the top of the <br />report. <br />• Show Details — If set to "True", the report will display a breakdown of charges <br />B.
