Code Section 27383 <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF AFFORDABILITY COVENANTS <br />(MP Mosaic Garden Associates, L.P.) <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF AFFORDABILITY <br />COVENANTS ("Amendment") is made and entered into this day of <br />2019, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ("City"), and MP MOSAIC GARDEN ASSOCIATES, <br />L.P., a California limited partnership ("Contractor"), collectively the "Parties." <br />OPrITAI C <br />WHEREAS, on February 26, 2018, the Parties executed the "Agreement with MP <br />Mosaic Garden Associates, L.P., for Funds to Refinance 3752-3770 Rolison Road <br />Property" ("Agreement"), whereby the City agreed to provide Contractor One Million One <br />Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,100,000.00) of financial assistance, in the form of a loan <br />from the City's Affordable Housing Fund, to assist Contractor in refinancing a property <br />located at 3752-3770 Rolison Road in Redwood City (the "Property") to be used to provide <br />rental housing to Low, Very Low, and Extremely Low Income Households; and <br />ATTY/AGR/2019/AMENDMENTS/AMEND NO. 1— MIDPEN MOSAIC GARDENS (ATHERTON COURT) <br />REV: 04-22-19 DZ <br />Page 1 of 5 <br />
