Redwood City 2020 Executive Team <br />Role: Oversees operational coordination of Redwood City 2020 initiatives by supporting and <br />advising the Executive Director, reviewing data and aiding the evaluation of programs and <br />initiatives, making recommendations to the Leadership Council regarding policy, program and <br />resource allocation, identifying challenges and community needs and developing suggestions <br />for solutions, aligning the values and purposes of member organizations and Redwood City <br />2020, building and maintaining collaborative, cross -sector relationships, developing and <br />monitoring financial resources, and promoting integration of efforts. <br />Membership: Each Redwood City 2020 partner is entitled to membership on the Executive <br />Team. Typically, the member will be the Chief Executive Officer of the organization or serve at <br />the senior management level. <br />Structure: The Executive Team will annually select a Chair from its members, who will be <br />responsible for co -leading the meetings of the Executive Team in partnership with the Executive <br />Director, serving as liaison between the Executive Team and the Leadership Council, and <br />working with the Executive Director to develop meeting agendas. <br />Meetings: The Executive Team will meet at least six (6) times annually.
