The rule applies to renovation, repair, or <br />painting activities affecting more than six square feet of lead-based paint in a room or more than 20 square feet of lead-based paint <br />on the exterior. Legal, Tax and Other Implications: Selling your Property may have legal, tax, insurance, tide or other implications. Presale Inspections and Considerations: You should consider doing what you canto prepare your Property for sale, such as <br />correcting any defects or other problems, making cosmetic improvements, and staging.
