(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on May 6, 2019. <br />Present: Councilmembers Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Aguirre/Howard to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />1 to the General Services Agreement with Browning-Ferris Industries of California, Inc. in an <br />amount not to exceed $120,000, for a total not to exceed amount of $240,000 for this initial <br />one-year term and each year for any subsequent terms for landfill disposal site service, <br />including City Manager authority to extend the agreement for two additional consecutive two- <br />year terms, for a total not to exceed contract amount of $1,243,632. <br />Motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />ON ,R s <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
