<br />("H&S Code") §25100, et seq. (Hazardous Waste Control), (X) the Hazardous Substance
<br />Account Act, as amended, H&S Code §25300, et seq., (XI) the Unified Hazardous Waste
<br />and Hazardous Materials Management Regulatory Program, as amended, H&S Code
<br />§25404, et seq., (XII) H&S Code §25531, et seq. (Hazardous Materials Management),
<br />(XIII) the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act, as amended, H&S
<br />Code §25249.5, et seq., (XIV) H&S Code §25280, et seq. (Underground Storage of
<br />Hazardous Substances), (XV) the California Hazardous Waste Management Act, as
<br />amended, H&S Code §25170.1, et seq., (XVI) H&S Code §25501, et seq. (Hazardous
<br />Materials Response Plans and Inventory), (XVII) H&S Code §18901, et seq. (California
<br />Building Standards), (XVIII) the Porter -Cologne Water Quality Control Act, as amended,
<br />California Water Code §13000, et seq., (XIX) California Fish and Game Code §5650-
<br />5656 and (XX) or any other federal, state or local laws, ordinances, rules, regulations,
<br />court orders or common law related in any way to the protection of the environment, health
<br />or safety; (B) any substance the presence of which at the Property causes or threatens
<br />to cause a nuisance upon the Property or to adjacent properties or poses or threatens to
<br />pose a hazard to the health or safety of human beings; and (C) any substance the
<br />presence of which at the Property or at nearby or adjacent properties could constitute a
<br />trespass. In addition to the foregoing, to the extent not already included therein, the term
<br />"Hazardous Materials" also means (I) asbestos (including asbestos -containing materials);
<br />(II) flammable, explosive, infectious, carcinogenic, mutagenic, or radioactive materials;
<br />(III) petroleum or any substance containing or consisting of petroleum hydrocarbons
<br />(including gasoline, diesel fuel, motor oil, waste oil, grease or any other fraction of crude
<br />oil); (IV) paints and solvents; (V) lead; (VI) cyanide; (VII) DDT; (VIII) printing inks; (IV)
<br />acids; (X) pesticides; (XI) ammonium compounds; (XII) polychlorinated biphenyls; (XIII)
<br />radon and radon gas; and (XIV) electromagnetic or magnetic materials, substances or
