EXHIBIT A 1. Scope of Work/ Tasks. Contractor will provide internet*/onsite advertising and auctioning services for the Public Works Services Department. Contractor will provide storage, display, loading and unloading services, and security for government surplus assets. Contractor will hold open and transparent auctions, as requested by the City, by holding "no minimum, no reserve", public auctions. *Internet services also include online bidding capabilities, pictures, description listings and sales transaction services. Contractor will provide additional services that include: • Free color sales brochures, as requested by the City • Free permanent bidder program (encourages return bidders) • Free Auction Sales Catalogs (assists as a selling aid for buyers), as requested by the City • Three ways to bid: live, absentee, or online 2. Payment Terms. Contractor shall provide the services outlined herein on an hourly, per task, and commission basis not to exceed $55,000. Fees will be billed based on actual hours used, task performed, and price of the unit sold per the chart delineated below. Contractor will bill the City monthly, when services are performed.
