Page 46 <br />Correction No.......... 271S2 <br />Issued: May 8 , 20198 <br />Effective: July 1, 20198 <br />SECTION VII - MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES <br />SORTING CARGO <br />Item No. <br />950 <br />Sorting cargo on the terminal to specifications per steamship bill of lading will be charged to the party <br />requesting this service at the rates in Item 915 for clerks and labor and in Item 925 for any equipment <br />used. <br />USE OF SPUR TRACK FOR LOADING OR UNLOADING <br />Item No. <br />960 (A) <br />Charges for use of the spur tracks in the Port area will be assessed as follows: <br />(A) When spur tracks are used by either a lessee of the Port or a shipper of ocean freight for loading <br />or unloading materials on which wharfage will be collected, a charge of $ 72.00.,70.00 per railcar is <br />assessed for the initial 48 hour period or fraction thereof. The initial 48 hour period begins upon <br />arrival of the railcar onto the spur track. If the initial 48 hour period has elapsed and the railcar <br />remains on the spur track, an additional charge of $ 48.00 47.00 for each subsequent 24 hour <br />period or fraction thereof will be assessed. <br />(B) When spur tracks are used under conditions other than stated in (A) above, a charge of $ L')3,!)!) <br />129.0 per railcar is assessed per 24 hour period or fraction thereof. The initial 24 hour period <br />begins upon arrival of the railcar onto the spur track. If the initial 24 hour period has elapsed and <br />the railcar remains on the spur track, an additional charge of $131L)04-' ) for each subsequent <br />24 hour period or fraction thereof will be assessed. <br />NOTE: The Port assumes no responsibility for loss of or damage to any articles or cargo so handled <br />nor is the Port in any way responsible for freight charges, switching or demurrage on said cars. <br />SUPPLYING FRESH WATER TO VESSELS <br />Item No. <br />968 (A) <br />Between 0800 and 1700, Mondays through Friday, Except Holidays, per request - $ 44.00 4344H4 <br />All other hours, per request - $ 47, 6_ _�_uu 627W <br />When service is commenced or finished during the hours subject to a higher rate, such higher rate is <br />applicable for the entire service.
