ARTICLES Gypsum Rock, in bulk, when handled through hopper or ship unloader system Liquids, other than petroleum or petroleum products, in bulk, for use as a fuel additive, or directly for energy usage, to or from vessel direct through pipeline or direct from vessel to barge (per 1,000 kgs.)
