DES:dju 07/17/96 (022/42) <br /> <br /> ~ O R I G I N A L -- 8/26/96 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12860 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO TO PROVIDE AN <br /> INFORMATION AND REFERRAL PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR <br /> 1996-1997 <br /> <br /> (FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement With City <br />of Redwood City - Fair Oaks Community Center - Information <br />and Referral Program", by and between the County of San <br />Mateo and the City of Redwood City, pursuant to which said <br />County shall provide funding for, and the City shall <br />furnish, an information and referral program by and through <br />the City's Fair Oaks Community Center, for fiscal year July <br />1, 1996 - June 30, 1997, a copy of which agreement is on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br />reference is made for the full particulars thereof, is, and <br />each of them are, hereby approved, and the City Manager and <br />City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, <br />and to attest thereto, respectively, said Agreement for and <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
