6.1. Adoption of a resolution identifying the Fiscal Year (FY) 2019-20 pavement <br />management program in accordance with the streets and highway code for <br />Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account (RMRA) funds generated as a <br />result of Senate Bill 1 (SBI), the Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017 <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution identifying the FY 2019-20 pavement management program <br />in accordance with the streets and highways code for RMRA Funds. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.J. Amendment of Chapter 12 of the Redwood City Code to adopt a Social Host <br />Ordinance for the illegal use of fireworks <br />Recommendation: <br />Waive second reading and adopt an ordinance of the City of Redwood City <br />Amending Chapter 12 of the Redwood City Code Regarding Fire Prevention to <br />Add an Article III Regarding Fireworks. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.K.
