To date, nine blogs postings have been released and have received a great deal of <br />positive feedback. <br />Train: The Stanford team proposed several different training methods, including workshop trainings, <br />trainings with a manual, and tutorials, including videos. Empowering power users to serve as personal <br />tutors for their respective department was also a recommended training method. <br />The recommendations from the Stanford team have all been incorporated to the CMP and are showing <br />positive results to date. It is anticipated that as the project progresses, additional recommendations from <br />the Stanford team will be implemented, helping ensure a successful project. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The ERP Replacement Project was included in the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget for FY 2018- <br />19 and will be included in subsequent necessary fiscal years. The funding sources are the CIP Fund, Water <br />Capital Fund, and Sewer Capital Fund. Additional funding to cover the agreements for this project are <br />included as part of the FY 2019-20 Recommended CIP Budget. It should be noted that payments to vendors <br />will be made over a five-year period. <br />The estimated five-year cost of all new applications required to replace the existing ERP, including all of <br />the individual applications, is $6.2 million.
