6.F. - Page 48 of 180 <br />2.9.2 Training Coordination <br />All training activities will be planned and coordinated by CherryRoad in close cooperation with <br />the Redwood City Project Manager. <br />A formal Training Plan deliverable will be prepared and will be used as a guide to coordinate all <br />training activities. This document presents the overall training strategy to be adopted for the ERP <br />system implementation and presents an overview of the recommended training courses and <br />schedule for the ERP system training program. <br />The Training Plan will contain a detailed discussion of the following topics: <br />• Training Assessment — Presents a review of the overall training needs of Redwood City users <br />and identifies the types of training needed. <br />• Description of Training Courses — Provides a brief synopsis of the individual training courses, <br />topics to be presented, prerequisites, duration, etc. <br />• Training Facilities — Discusses the facilities, equipment, and forms needed to execute and <br />manage the training program. <br />• Training Timeline — Presents an overview of the projected timeline for final end-user training. <br />2.9.3 Traininer Material Development <br />Material for each training course will be developed by CherryRoad and made available to users <br />through a Learning Management System (LMS) training portal. This material will be used to <br />deliver to end-user training. Additional end-user training may be developed by Redwood City, if <br />applicable. The custom content will incorporate: <br />• Redwood City Business Processes with Applicable Rules <br />• Redwood City Data and Fields <br />• Screen by Screen Instructions <br />• Hands-on step-by-step business process simulations <br />Custom content will be built based on the final configured ERP system, so that users can be <br />trained on the system they will be using. <br />For any technical training that may be needed, CherryRoad recommends that all technical <br />training will be accomplished by Oracle Education, and training materials and facilities will be <br />provided by Oracle. <br />2.9.3.1 Foundation Project Team Training <br />Foundation Project Team Training is typically conducted at the start of the project for each phase. <br />CherryRoad will utilize an online LMS to conduct this training. <br />Foundation Project Team Training components include: <br />EXHIBIT STATEMENT OF WORK <br />ATTY/AGR/2019.118/CHERRYROAD ERP IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES <br />REV: 05-13-19 PR Page 40 of 172 <br />A-26 <br />155 <br />
