Following receipt of the completed F01 Initial Discovery Questionnaires, the CherryRoad Project <br />Manager will provide a Release 1 schedule indicating the application configuration and <br />development items that will be included D01 Release 1 Prepared. <br />2. The Prototype 1 sessions are schedule to be conducted at the start of the project, and therefore <br />limited application configuration and development items will be available for the sessions. <br />Number: D02 <br />Name: Development Approach <br />Stage: 1 - Planning & Discovery <br />Track: 3 - Development <br />Type: Milestone <br />Description: The D02 Development Approach will describe in detail the tasks that will be performed to <br />handle the City's conversion, interface, reporting, and security requirements. The deliverable will describe <br />how these development items will be developed/configured, tested, and implemented in production. <br />Sub-Deliverables/Milestones: There will be a single D02 Development Approach deliverable completed <br />during Phase 1, which will apply to all phases of the project The deliverable will not be repeated in Phases <br />2 and 3. <br />Format: Microsoft Word <br />Redwood City Role: The City will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• Provide input for the deliverable <br />• Attend deliverable review meetings <br />• Approve deliverable <br />CherryRoad Role: CherryRoad will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• Create the deliverable <br />• Facilitate deliverable review meetings <br />Acceptance Criteria: The D02 Development Plan will be an MS Word document that outlines a detailed <br />plan to handle development items during the City implementation. The document will include the <br />following: <br />1. Conversion strategy including conversion scope, approach, standards, timeline, testing method, <br />City/CherryRoad roles, and assumptions. <br />2. Integration strategy including interface scope, approach, standards, timeline, testing method, <br />City/CherryRoad roles, and assumptions. <br />3. Report/Dashboard strategy including reporting scope, approach, standards, timeline, testing <br />method, City/CherryRoad roles, and assumptions. <br />4. Application security strategy including scope, approach, standards, timeline, testing method, <br />City/CherryRoad roles, and assumptions. <br />Deliverable/Milestone Assumptions: <br />1. The conversion strategywill utilizea series of standard templates and tools to meetthe conversion <br />requirements fortheproject. The D02 Development Plan will not divergefrom these sta nda rd templates, <br />fi I e formats, a nd conversion tools unless mutually agreed upon by the City a nd CherryRoad. <br />2.
