<br />14. THIRD PARTY WEB SITES, CONTENT, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
<br />14.1 The Services may enableYou to link to, transmit Your Content to, or otherwise access, other Web sites, platforms, content,
<br />products, services, and information of third parties. Oracledoes not control and is not responsiblefor such Web sites or
<br />platforms or any such content, products, services and information accessible from or provided through the Services, and You
<br />bear all risks associated with access to and use of such Web sites andthird party content, products, services and i nformation.
<br />14.2 Any Third Party Content made accessible byOracleis providedon an "as-is"and "as available" basis without any warranty
<br />of any kind. Third Party Content may be indecent, offensive, inaccurate, infringing or otherwise objectionable or unlawful, and
<br />You acknowledge that Oracle is not responsiblefor and under no obligation to control, monitor or correct Third Party Content;
<br />however, Oraclereserves the rightto take remedial actionifanysuch content violates applicable restrictions under Section 6.2
<br />of this Agreement, includingtheremoval of, or disablementof access to, such content. Oracledisclaims all liabilities arisingfrom
<br />or related to Third Party Content.
<br />14.3 You acknowledge that: (i)the nature, type, qualityandavailability ofThird Party Content may changeatanytime during
<br />the Services Period, and (ii) features of the Services that interoperate with third parties such as Facebook'"", YouTubeTm and
<br />Twitter'"", etc. (each, a "Third Party Service"), depend onthe continuing availability of such third parties' respective application
<br />programming interfaces (APIs) for use with the Services. Oraclemay update, change or modify the Services under thi s Agreement
<br />as a resultof a change in, or unavaiIability of, such Third Party Content, Third Party Services orAPls. If anythird party ceases to
<br />make its Third Party Content or APIs ava i I abl eon reasonableterms for the Services, as determined by Oracle in its sole discretion,
<br />Oraclemay cease providing access to the affected Third PartyContent or Third Party Services without anyliabilityto You. Any
<br />changes to Third Party Content, Third Party Services or APIs, includingtheir availability or unavailability, during the Services
<br />Perioddoes not affect Your obligations under this Agreement orthe applicableorder, and You will notbe entitled to any refund,
<br />creditor other compensation due to any suchchanges.
<br />14.4 Any Third Party Content that You store in Your Services Environment will count towards any storage or other allotments
<br />applicabletothe Cloud Services that You ordered.
<br />15. SERVICES TOOLS AND ANCILLARY SOFTWARE
<br />15.1 Oracle may use tools,scripts,software, and utilities (collectively,the "Tools")to monitorand administerthe Services andto
<br />help resolve Your Oracle service requests. The-Foolswill notcollector store any of Your Content orYour Applications residing in
<br />the Services Environment, except as necessaryto providethe Services or troubleshoot service requests or other problems inthe
<br />Services. Information collected by the Tools (excluding Your Content and Your Applications) may also be used to assist in
<br />managing Oracle's product and service portfolio,to help Oracleaddress deficiencies in its productand serviceofferings, and for
<br />I i cense a nd Services management.
<br />15.2 Oracle may provide You with on-line access to download certain Ancillary Software for use with the Services. If Oracle
<br />licenses Ancillary5oftwareto You and does not specify separateterms for such Anci I lary Software, then, subjectto Your payment
<br />obligations, (i) You have the non-exclusive, non -assignable, worldwide limited right to use such Ancillary Software solely to
<br />facilitate Your access to, operation of, and/oruseof the Services Environment, subjectto the terms of this Agreement and Your
<br />order, i ncl udi ngthe Services Specifications, (ii) Oraclewill maintain such Ancillary Software as part of the Cloud Services, and (iii)
<br />Your right to use such Ancillary Softwarewill terminate upon the earlier of Oracle's notice (which may be through posting on
<br />https://support.oracle.com or such other URL designated by Oracle) orthe end of the Cloud Services associated with the Ancillary
<br />Programs. If Ancillary Software is licensed to You under separatethird party licenseterms, then Your use of such software is
<br />subjectsolelyto such separateterms.
<br />16. SERVICE ANALYSES
<br />Oraclemay (i) compilestatistical and other information relatedtothe performance, operation and useof the Services, and (ii) use
<br />data from the Services Environment in aggregated form for security and operations management, to create statistical analyses,
<br />andfor research and development purposes (clauses i and ii arecollectively referred to as "Service Analyses"). Oraclemay make
<br />Service Ana I ys es publicly available; however, Service Ana lyses wi I I not incorporate Your Content or Confidential Information in a
