CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.F. Agreement with CherryRoad Technologies Inc. (CherryRoad), Core Business <br />Technologies (Core), and ADP for New Financial and Human Capital <br />Management (HCM) Software and Services as part of the City's Enterprise <br />Resource Planning (ERP) replacement <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement <br />with CherryRoad, for the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud <br />Financials and Human Capital Management cloud software suite, for a contract <br />amount of $4,889,068, and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract <br />amount, if necessary for additional support and services, up to 10% of the <br />agreement amount, not to exceed $5,377,975, for a five-year term. The <br />agreement contains an annual renewal provision after the initial five-year term <br />ranging from $395,514 to $428,117 per year. Staff's intent is to return to the <br />City Council for approval of an additional five-year term, pending successful <br />implementation. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.G. One year license to use National Guard Armory building for community <br />recreation purposes <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a one-year <br />license with the California Military Department to use the National Guard <br />Armory (located in Red Morton Park) for the purposes of community recreation <br />programs. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1. Existing Facilities <br />6.H.
