8.A. - Page 11 of 73 <br />(b) The finance charge of the loan, including all fees and charges paid to third parties, <br />is estimated at $388,560 (inclusive of the application fee). The annual servicing <br />fee, operation and construction period fees have not yet been determined. <br />(c) Proceeds of the loan allocated to the City, including the estimated principal amount <br />of the proposed loan of $135,135,774, will be available to fund $124,100,000 of <br />eligible project costs and the applicable deferred interest.
