DES:dj~ 08/22/96R (040/42) <br /> -' 0 R I G I N A L ~ 8/26/96 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12856 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES RELATING TO THE <br /> CONSTRUCTION OF A FIRE STATION AND MAINTENANCE FACILITY <br /> <br /> (DES ARCHITECTS + ENGINEERS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to construct a <br />Fire Station and Maintenance Facility at Redwood Shores in the <br />City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City of Redwood <br />City requires professional architectural services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, DES Architects + Engineers of Redwood City, <br />California represents that it is qualified on the basis of <br />experience and expertise to perform the aforesaid services <br /> <br />required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Professional <br />Architectural Services - Redwood Shores Fire Station and <br />Maintenance Facility" (form dated 08/22/96R), by and between the <br />City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California and DES Architects + Engineers of Redwood City, <br />California, for the performance of the above-mentioned services, <br />a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br /> <br />
