CALL TO ORDER— Mayor Bain called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />2. ROLL CALL — All Councilmembers were present. <br />3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - Mayor Bain led the pledge of allegiance. <br />4. PRESENTATIONS/ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS <br />4.A. Proclamation recognizing May 18, 2019 as National Kids to Parks Day <br />Parks, Recreation and Community Services Director Chris Beth accepted the <br />proclamation. <br />4.B. Presentation by Caltrain regarding Caltrain Business Plan <br />Sebastian Petty, Director of Policy Development, gave the presentation. <br />S.
