CALL TO ORDER— Mayor Bain called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />2. ROLL CALL — All Councilmembers were present. <br />3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - Mayor Bain led the pledge of allegiance. <br />4. PRESENTATIONS/ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS <br />4.A. Proclamation recognizing May 18, 2019 as National Kids to Parks Day <br />Parks, Recreation and Community Services Director Chris Beth accepted the <br />proclamation. <br />4.B. Presentation by Caltrain regarding Caltrain Business Plan <br />Sebastian Petty, Director of Policy Development, gave the presentation. <br />S. PUBLIC COMMENT ON THE CONSENT CALENDAR AND ON ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />The following members of the public spoke during Public Comment: <br />• Cody Voellinger <br />• Carol Cross <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and are approved in one motion. <br />Mayor Bain removed item 6G from the Consent Calendar for additional research. <br />Mayor Bain also stated that there have been revisions to item 6N. <br />Page 1 of 9 <br />
