Recommendation: <br />By motion, authorize the Mayor to send a letter to Assemblymember Mullin and <br />Senator Hill supporting Assembly Bill 1392 which would grant public trust lands <br />in Redwood City. The grant of public trust lands completes a property exchange <br />with the State which facilitates the development of the Bradford Street <br />Affordable Housing, Childcare, and Open Space Project at 707-711 Bradford <br />Street. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.E. Amendment No. 1 to the General Services Agreement for landfill disposal site <br />service with Browning-Ferris Industries of California, Inc. to dispose of Public <br />Works Services Department construction debris (304) MO 19-097 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />1 to the General Services Agreement with Browning-Ferris Industries of <br />California, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $120,000, for a total not to exceed <br />amount of $240,000 for this initial one-year term and each year for any <br />subsequent terms for landfill disposal site service, including City Manager <br />authority to extend the agreement for two additional consecutive two-year <br />terms, for a total not to exceed contract amount of $1,243,632. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.F. Purchase of a new, 2020 Model Year Utilities Service Truck (304) MO 19-098 <br />(501) Reso 15758 <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, waive an irregularity and approve and authorize the City Manager <br />to execute an agreement for the purchase of one new 2020 model year utilities <br />service truck in the amount of $103,130.76 from Golden Gate Truck Center of <br />Oakland, California <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2018-19 <br />budget to increase the General Fund budget for the Downtown Development <br />Program of the Parks Recreation and Community Services Department of by <br />$100,000 to cover the cost of the above vehicle purchase <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.G.
