NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redwood <br />City as follows: <br />1. The above recitals are accurate and are incorporated herein by reference. <br />2. The following is a list of projects planned to be funded with Road <br />Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account revenues: <br />FY 2019-20 List of Projects <br />ProjectTitle <br />2019 Microsurfacing Project <br />Project Locations <br />Marine Parkway, City Limit to Corriente Pointe Drive <br />• Alameda de las Pulgas, Woodside Road to City Limits <br />• Vera Avenue Alameda de las Pul as to EI Camino Real <br />Estimated Useful Project Life <br />5 to 7 years <br />Proposed Schedule for Completion <br />Fiscal Year 2019-20 <br />Project Description <br />This program addresses ongoing roadway pavement repair and <br />replacement needs. The Roadway Management Program <br />inventories, assesses, and tracks maintenance of the City's <br />roadways. Each year, streets are prepared for resurfacing with <br />crack sealing and spot repairs before being resurfaced with an <br />"overlay;' "cape seal;' "microsurfacing emulsion," or "slurry seal". <br />In Fiscal Year 2019-20, the City intends to use RMRA funding to do <br />pavement repair and to install a micro surfacing emulsion on the <br />above listed streets. <br />ProjectTitle <br />Hopkins Avenue Overlay Project <br />Project Locations <br />Hopkins Avenue, EI Camino Real to Upland Road <br />Estimated Useful Project Life <br />8 to 15 years <br />Proposed Schedule for Completion <br />Fiscal Year 2019-20 <br />Project Description <br />The project will include crack sealing and spot repairs before an <br />overlay.
