DES:dj~ 08/13/96 (037/42) <br /> <br />of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California and Mark Thomas & Co., Inc. of Redwood City, <br />California, for the performance of the above-mentioned services, <br />a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved and, subject to the <br />provisions of paragraph 2, the City Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 2. The aforesaid agreement shall not be executed on behalf <br />of the City unless and until those certain agreements (i) by and <br />between the City of Redwood City and the State of California, <br />referenced as Program Supplement No. 022 Under the Master <br />Agreement for Local Agency Federal Aid for Urban Transportation <br />System Projects, approved by this Council's Resolution No. 12838 <br />and (ii) by and among the City of Redwood City and the Peninsula <br />Corridor Joint Powers Board and the Cities of Menlo Park, <br />Burlingame and San Mateo, approved by this Council's Resolution <br />No. 12839, have been fully executed and are on file with the City <br />Clerk. <br /> <br /> <br />
