• Ability for applicants to schedule inspections online for one-time and recurring <br />inspection types. <br />• Email and text confirmation for application submittals, status updates, new <br />comments or reviews, inspection dates and times, and upcoming public <br />meetings. <br />• Integrated staff review process that includes: Front counter customer check-in <br />management; Document management; Staff review comments management; <br />Automated phone scheduling; Cashiering; Mobile inspections; Conditions of <br />approval compliance management; and Code enforcement case management <br />• User engagement tools including automated email notifications for status <br />changes, application or plan resubmittals, new plan review comments and <br />inspection appointment confirmations. <br />• Ability to follow specific permits, permit types, use types and permit/code <br />enforcement activity on a given location. <br />• Provide dashboard functionality to evaluate permit, inspection and code <br />enforcement progress and performance metrics. <br />• Customizable reporting capabilities <br />• Development of mobile adaptive design including access by tablets and smart <br />phones. <br />• Integrations with Laserfiche, the City's ESRI GIS system, myRWC (Accela's <br />PublicStuff) and the California State Contractors Licensing Board database. <br />• Development of an IVR system. <br />• Predictive capabilities including providing time estimates and insights on plan <br />review, permit issuance, inspection pass/failure/re-inspection rates and code <br />violation hot spots based on real-time data. <br />• Self-service reporting tools and dashboards for application, permit, inspection <br />and code enforcement activities including duration of City processing times, <br />inspection schedules, fees and deposits and response times. <br />• Text and sentiment analysis capabilities for written public comments received <br />during public hearing and community outreach efforts. <br />• Benchmarking capabilities to compare the City's processes against other <br />municipalities who are also using the Platform. <br />Technical Service Level Agreement <br />Camino offers a web -based platform that is accessible from all major desktop web <br />browsers. Camino currently works only on browser versions that are still supported by <br />their parent company.
