Agreement for TruePoint Services Exhibit B — RFP Requirements • Multiple data conversions will be run throughout this project for testing purposes, so Redwood City will need to periodically provide newer source data. • Provide read-only access to the current Legacy Systems to TruePoint if possible. Phase 3: TrueBill Software Installation Duration: Approximately 5 Days — 40 Hours Definition: TruePoint will install the TrueBill software on Redwood City's Application Server and configure initial TrueBill Production & Test databases on the Database Server. TruePoint Responsibilities • Software Installation (Production & Test environments). • SQL Server database setup (Production & Test environments). • IIS setup and configuration (Production & Test environments). Redwood City Responsibilities • Setup network environment to host the Production & Test environments. • Provide TruePoint with the necessary administrative permissions to access the TrueBill Application and Database Server. • Make sure that TruePoint has remote network access during the installation and future activities Phase 4: Core Team Training Duration: Approximately 100 Hours Definition: This deliverable focuses on training the Core Team in the functions and processes of the TrueBill system. The purpose is to educate the Core Team to enable them to make sound setup and configuration decisions. TruePoint Responsibilities • Develop Core Team Training Curriculum. • Schedule Core Team Training. • Provide Training to the Core Team. Redwood City Responsibilities • Identify Core Team participants. • Attend Core Team training sessions. • Provide training environment (computers, projector, white board).
