Agreement for TruePoint Services Exhibit B — RFP Requirements <br />8. ConserveTrack— one way from ConserveTrack to TrueBill. <br />9. Waterfluence—TruePoint will configure an export using our standard Import/Export Companion which <br />will allow monthly reporting of irrigation account information to Waterfluence. <br />10. Smart Energy Water (SEW) — Bi-directional interface using TruePoint's standard Import/Export <br />Companion. <br />11. Hyperweb — Bi-directional interface using TruePoint's standard Import/Export Companion <br />12. Recology— Bi-directional interface using TruePoint's standard Import/Export Companion. <br />13. Work Management—TruePoint will work with Redwood City's technical team to develop a bi- <br />directional integration with their existing work management system, Hiperweb. <br />14. Cashiering— TruePoint will work with Redwood City's technical team to develop a bi-directional <br />integration with their existing Legacy Systems Cashiering system or CoreBT Cashiering system, <br />whichever is being used at the time of TrueBill implementation. CoreBT is the cashiering system being <br />implemented as part of the new ERP expected to go -live in July 2020. Should the CoreBT Cashiering <br />system go live afterthe TruePoint project completes and require a different integration (method or file <br />type), a change order would be required for the additional effort. Although it is acceptable for the <br />integration with the current cashiering system to be batch updated, intervals to be determined, the <br />integration with CoreBT must be real-time. <br />15. Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) — Bi-directional integration between TrueBill and the <br />ESRI ArcGIS system. <br />TruePoint Responsibilities <br />• Provide timely and appropriate responses to Redwood City's request for information. <br />• Assign and schedule appropriate TruePoint resources. <br />• Lead the development of the interfaces. <br />• Develop interface specifications documents. <br />• Assist Redwood City in troubleshooting any issues found in the functional testing of the interfaces. <br />Redwood City Responsibilities <br />• Provide timely and appropriate responses to TruePoint's request for information. <br />• Oversee the functional testing of the interfaces. <br />• Allocate the time for qualified personnel to test and verify the interfaces. <br />• Allocate the time for qualified business and technical experts for the interface requirements sessions <br />that are critical to the project success. <br />Phase 7: Report Development <br />Duration: Approximately 3 Weeks —120 Hours <br />Definition: <br />This service consists of TruePoint consultation for Report Development. Reports are an integral part of the <br />TruePoint solution. <br />There are limited hours for Report Development (includes requirements, design, development, testing). For <br />standard accounting and usage tracking, TruePoint will provide ample standard "off the shelf' reports as <br />described in Exhibit E TrueBill Standard Reports.
