Agreement for TruePoint Services Exhibit B — RFP Requirements <br />This deliverable focuses on preparing TrueBill users to use the software for daily operations. This course will <br />cover the TrueBill basics and key components of the software, focusing on tasks that the end users need to <br />perform. TruePoint best practices have proven that class sizes no larger than 12 participants are more <br />successful with students who meet the pre -requisites of the course. <br />TruePoint Responsibilities <br />• Provide timely and appropriate responses to Redwood City's request for information. <br />• Assign and schedule appropriate TruePoint resources. <br />• Deliver current training documentation in a format that can be used to customize the documentation. <br />Redwood City Responsibilities <br />• Arrange the time and qualified people for the training who are critical to the project success. <br />• Provide suitable Redwood City facilities to accommodate various training classes. <br />• Users must be proficient in using PCs in a Windows environment. <br />• Users must be familiar with use of standard Internet browsers. <br />Phase 10: Go Live <br />Duration: Approximately 2 Weeks — 80 Hours, with a go live date in the fourth quarter of City fiscal year 2019- <br />20 (July 1, 2019 —June 30, 2020). <br />Definition: <br />This deliverable is defined as the official date in which TruePoInt's products Go Live for daily Redwood City <br />usage and will involve both onsite and remote support. This date will be agreed to by both TruePoint and <br />Redwood City and will be included in the Project Plan described in Task 1. <br />TruePoint Responsibilities <br />• Assign and schedule appropriate TruePoint resources. <br />• Run final data conversion scripts <br />• Provide support to end user functional questions. <br />• Assist with issues that may arise during the Go -Live. <br />• Performance monitoring of the system. <br />Redwood City Responsibilities <br />• Provide source Legacy Systems data for final data conversion <br />• Make available the appropriate Redwood City key users and content experts to participate in Go -Live <br />acceptance testing as defined and managed by Redwood City. <br />• Provide TruePoint onsite staff with reasonable access to its equipment, systems, personnel, and <br />facilities to complete Go -Live. <br />• Make sure that TruePoint offsite staff have remote network access for reviewing and troubleshooting <br />any issues that may arise during Go -Live. <br />Phase 11: Post -Implementation Support <br />Duration: Approximately 2 Weeks —100 Hours <br />REV: 04-23-19 PR <br />Page 18 of 64 <br />RFP Requirements Page 18 <br />ATTYlAGR.2019.106fTruePoint TrueBill Utility Billing System <br />
