Version 2.0 <br />1.1 UB Water Customer Accounts <br />This report retrieves Customer Account details related to Utility Water Billing. <br />A. Report Parameters <br />• From Date — Filters the list of accounts to those where the Account Start Date <br />is on or after the date entered. <br />• To Date — End Date of the Customer Account <br />• Status — Account Status <br />• Bill Types — Includes accounts that are associated to the selected Bill Types <br />• Sort By — Determines the Sort Order <br />B. Report Output <br />• Account #, Type, Customer Id, Name, Status, Account Class, Bill Type(s), Phone <br />#, Service Location, Meter # <br />• The report returns a list of Customer Accounts where the status matches the <br />date range provided in the parameters. It will further filter this list by the <br />selected Bill Type. <br />• In the screenshot below, the report is returning all Customer Accounts that <br />were Active at any time between 1/1/2018 and 12/31/2018, and includes all <br />Bill Types. <br />C. Use Case: Management would like a listing of all Single Family Residential Customer <br />Accounts that are currently waiting for Final Bills (in Finalizing Status). <br />1.2 Customer Accounts with Paperless Bills <br />This report will provide a list of Customer Accounts that should receive Paperless Bills. <br />A. Report Parameters <br />• This report does not require the user to enter any parameters because it is a <br />snapshot of the data as it exists at the time the report is run. <br />B.
