EXHIBIT F COMPENSATION AMOUNT AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE For the Services, Consultant shall submit invoices for the amounts listed below ("Invoice Amount") within thirty (30) days upon completion of the milestones within a phase: 1. Services. Phase Milestone Task Amount Invoice Amount 2. Software Licenses. In addition to the listed Services invoices, Consultant will invoice Customer for initial software license(s) in the amount of $50,000 each at the completion of the following milestones: o Software License Invoice 1: Project Start o Software License Invoice 2: Software Installation o Software License Invoice 3: Go Live Support plus 30 days error free operation Total—Software Licenses 1 $150,000 3.
