REV: 04-07-2023 JB <br />Exhibit “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant shall provide the following services under the direction of the Assistant Community <br />Development Director or designee: <br />1.Review existing and recommend any new City policies that will facilitate retail <br />development and businesses in the Downtown and City. <br />2.Provide any relevant industry and market information (studies, demographics, <br />economic, comparative market data) as needed to facilitate and promote retail <br />development in these areas. <br />3.As directed, review plans for proposed mixed use developments in the City that <br />include retail space to ensure it is designed to meet the needs of retail and <br />restaurant tenants. Consultant shall provide a one- or two-page summary of findings <br />and recommendations for each project that is reviewed. <br />4.Provide other related retail professional services as mutually agreed upon. <br />5.Payment for services will be billed quarterly at Consultant's hourly rate of $295 <br />starting May 1, 2023. <br />ATTY/AGR.2023/Amend.No.2/Christine Firstenberg (Retail Real Estate Resources) (Page 4 of 4)
