AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES BETWEEN THE REDWOOD CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT AND CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ACTING AS FISCAL AGENT FOR REDWOOD CITY 2020 This AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of the 11'" day of ancAr4 , 2019 by and between the Redwood City School District ("RCSD"), and the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California acting as fiscal agent for REDWOOD CITY 2020 ("CONTRACTOR"), a community collaborative that coordinates the delivery of services to children, youth and families living in the City of Redwood City and North Fair Oaks, an unincorporated area adjacent to Redwood City. NOW THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: SERVICES: in consideration of the payments hereinafter set forth, CONTRACTOR shall perform services for RCSD in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications set forth herein: The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide: Project management services to support the Redwood City School District's Big Lift program requirements. Scope of services: CONTRACTOR will arrange and facilitate required convenings, update and maintain resource inventories, participate in countywide Big Lift collaborative meetings, and contribute to Big Lift reporting and evaluation requirements as defined in the deliverables below. Deliverables: • Convene and facilitate 10 meetings of the Redwood City Big Lift collaborative • Convene and facilitate at least 3 meetings with families to engage families in the decision-making process related to the Big Lift program • Update and maintain 4 resource inventories for the following categories of service: food, adult education, mental health, and early childhood education. • Participate in quarterly countywide Big Lift Collaborative meetings and quarterly Big Lift Knowledge Network meetings • Contribute to Big Lift agency reporting and evaluation requirements 2. TERM OF AGREEMENT: Term of this agreement is from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2019 COMPENSATION: The CONTRACTOR agrees to perform all the services of this agreement at the rate of Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000). 4. PAYMENT: The CONTRACTOR shall submit invoices detailing the services performed.
