The objectives <br />for Phase 3 are: <br />• Support the successful closeout of Year 1 to capture progress and information <br />critical to planning for Year 2 implementation; and <br />• Review and present Year 1 progress. <br />Activities <br />Consultant will: <br />• Conduct twice -monthly coaching calls with program leads <br />• Continue virtual Booster Meetings for site coordinators <br />• Provide on-going support and technical assistance to site coordinators, program <br />lead and other relevant Redwood City 2020 personnel on CIS model <br />implementation <br />• Conduct End of Year Reporting Virtual Meetings with Program Managers <br />• Submit year-end progress report to Redwood City 2020. <br />Deliverables <br />• 2-3 Virtual Booster Meetings <br />Year-end progress report <br />Capacity Building <br />June, 2019—June, 2020 <br />Objectives <br />Consultant will support the Redwood City 2020 initiative through a number of capacity <br />building and strategic advising activities. The objectives of this work are: <br />• Build effective infrastructure and understand local context to inform planning and <br />implementation; <br />• Co -create the foundational principles of the partnership and identify the long-term <br />work of Redwood City 2020; and <br />• Secure buy -in from stakeholders. <br />Activities <br />Consultant will: <br />• Recognize, and, where appropriate, publicize, the accomplishments of students, <br />staff and others associated with this pilot <br />• Cooperate with Redwood City 2020, the school districts and individual <br />campuses, the local community, and other entities in the development of a <br />comprehensive public relations plan to promote this pilot <br />• Partner with Redwood City 2020 in the securing of funding and support for the <br />sustainability of programming implemented through this partnership <br />Page 12 of 13 <br />ATTY/AGR/2019.116/ COMMUNITIES IN SCHOOLS <br />REV: 05-07-19 RL <br />
