EXHIBIT F: PAYMENT AND RETAINAGE SCHEDULE <br />1. Services Payment and Retention Schedule. The payments and retainage for Services is shown by month and major <br />functionality. Month 1 begins upon agreement execution. Ten percent (10%) of the total costof each phase, not including <br />$9,120/month for CoreBT implementation fees during Phase 1 and $605.15/month for ADP implementation fees during <br />Phase2, will beheld by City as "Retainage', with fifty percent (50%) of the phase's Retainage being released upon "F09 — <br />Complete Production Support" deliverabledescribed in ExhibitAStatement of Work being approved.
