REV: 05-22-2023 RL <br />The City will provide the necessary administrative support required to set up <br />meetings, secure conference rooms, print/distribute materials, and other logistics <br />required to complete the services remotely and onsite as outlined in this <br />amendment. <br />It is assumed that support will be provided remotely. <br />o If CherryRoad is requested to perform this work on-site, City will provide <br />the CherryRoad resource(s) with customary accommodations (i.e. desk, <br />internet access, building access) to adequately perform tasks as part of <br />this application support amendment. The City will be responsible for <br />ensuring the availability of resources involved in resolving the issue <br />including those responsible for any decision-making where necessary. <br />Additionally, if non-local resources are required for such on-site work, City <br />will be invoiced the for reasonable travel and accommodation expenses <br />(at actual cost) in addition to the hourly T&M fees. <br />CherryRoad resources will be granted access to the City’s Cloud environment(s), <br />for access from US based terminals only. <br />ATTY/AGR.2023/Amend.No.3/CherryRoad Technologies Inc.
